Exciting Changes Coming to Booval Fair
Big things are happening at Booval Fair! We’re starting an exciting transformation that will refresh and revitalise our Brisbane Road frontage. By mid-2025, you’ll see a fresh, open look with plans to feature a brand-new dining hub including a mix of food and casual dining options that are guaranteed to please.
But don’t worry, we’ve got measures in place to minimise disruption.
Here’s a sneak peek of what’s on the way:
• Espresso Lane café is set to open in the new year, taking over the old Coffee Club space joining Booval Fair’s strong lineup including Big W, Woolworths and over 50 specialty stores, keeping us at the heart of the community.
What to Expect During Initial Works
• Temporary fencing has been installed at the front of the centre adjacent to Brisbane Road. However, the northern entry remains open for easy access and Subway continues to operate as usual.
